Ottica Borin ships worldwide using DHL and other reliable and secure express courier services. We hope your experience receiving your order at home will be excellent.

Deliveries in Italy: Free delivery for all orders. Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days.

European Union:

• For orders over €400, Standard Shipping is free
• For orders under €400, Standard Shipping costs €10
• Express Shipping costs €20

United Kingdom:

• For shipments to the UK, customs duties are included in the price.
  DHL Express Delivery: €37

United States

• All orders to the United States incur a delivery fee of €30

Rest of the World: 

• For orders over €350, a delivery fee of €30 applies
• For orders under €350, a delivery fee of €50 applies 

Our shipping service operates from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on non-holiday weekdays. Orders are not prepared for shipping on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received on holidays or over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

How to make your online experience easier and more satisfying:

• at checkout, make sure you provide a correct shipping address, paying special attention to your area's postal code. Once your order is shipped, it is not easy to change the destination. Doing so typically causes a delay of one or more days beyond the originally scheduled delivery date;
• before we can ship your order, we may need confirmation from your credit card issuer. We will do our best to minimize the waiting time;
• we work closely with DHL to minimize potential delays; however, we cannot predict events such as strikes, weather-related disruptions, or international routing errors. If such issues occur, we will carefully monitor the delivery to ensure it is completed;
• before shipping, our opticians check the quality of each item and ensure it is free of defects. If you receive a product you have concerns about, please contact us immediately.

Customs Duties: Shipments within the European Union are not subject to import taxes. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, North America, and the Rest of the World, duties and customs taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs charges will be presented by the delivery carrier and must be paid before delivery.

Prices include VAT. Therefore, under no circumstances should the carrier request additional tax payments upon delivery.

Returns and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it. Contact us by phone or email to request a pre-filled return label. Any item returned by other means will not be eligible for a refund. For more information, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
