otticaborin.it ships using UPS worldwide services, one of the most reliable and secure express couriers in the world. We hope that your experience in receiving your order at home will be the best.

The delivery fee for orders under €150 is €8 and is calculated automatically during checkout. Orders to Italy, France, Germany for a higher amount benefit from free delivery and are usually delivered in 2-5 working days. Some of our accessory items may require a delivery cost that will be specified at the time of ordering.

Our delivery service is active from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00 on non-holidays. Orders are not prepared for shipping on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received during holidays or on weekends are processed and processed on the next working day.


How to make your online experience easier and more satisfying:

    • During checkout, make sure you have entered a correct shipping address, paying particular attention to your local zip code. Once your order has been shipped, it is not easy to change the destination. Doing so usually results in a delay of a few days on the originally scheduled delivery date.


    • You may need to wait for confirmation from your credit card issuer before we can ship your order. We will do our best to keep this waiting time to a minimum.


    • Before shipping, our opticians check the quality of each item and make sure it is free of defects. In case you receive a product that you have a doubt about, please contact us immediately.


    • We work closely with UPS to minimize potential delays, but we cannot predict events such as strikes, weather disruptions, or international routing errors. If such unforeseen circumstances arise, we will monitor the delivery closely to ensure it is completed.


  • Shipments within the EU are not subject to import taxes. Prices include VAT. For this reason, it is not expected that the carrier will request the payment of additional charges at the time of delivery.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return it.

Please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns reference number. Any item returned without this number will not be eligible for a refund. Goods must be returned within 10 days of this number being issued. Goods must be unused and must be in perfect condition with all accessories and original packaging intact. We will not be able to refund goods that do not meet the above criteria. We will not be able to refund any shipping costs or taxes incurred. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
